Is this in error? I dig into the report but don’t find that headline. Pls give a long enough quote to allow finding it in context. I do see (Figure SPM.1 subfigure b) a mention of a possible scenario of human response that would involve emissions peaking in 2020, but mention of one possible scenario is not the same thing as saying that scenario is the only solution.
