Score Voting

In Score Voting, each voter gives a score (say from 0 through 100) to each of so many candidates as that voter chooses to. For example when I vote I would score Rocky Anderson 100, Jill Stein 99, Barack Obama 40, and all other candidates zero. In a single-winner election such as that for the Presidency, the candidate receiving the highest total score wins.
